This beautiful home is located on a partially shaded lot in a cove with part of the boat house covered and part open to the sun. You can swim, explore with kayaks, lay out on the dock's open deck area, or simply relax on the covered lounge area, enjoying the serene view of the beautiful lake! Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our grill on the deck. Enjoy the blue water views from atop of our massive deck. We have an open floor plan and offer 2 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, and a lower level game room with ping pong table and games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home can sleep 16 with 4 bedroom suites including 3 King Suites and a Bunk Bedroom Suite. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom suite (King bed), third bedroom suite (King bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the massive game room, and Bunk Bedroom Suite (4 Twin over Twin Bunk beds).

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and the community common area. Please let us know if you plan to rent a motorized watercraft like a Boat, because we have some recommendations and helpful advice.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

This home is in Lighthouse Point, a premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Lighthouse Point is generally a quiet neighborhood. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 5 vehicles, and the front door is brown.

You will also be given the choice between buying a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or paying a $500 refundable deposit. We suggest you buy the $35 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
