Fin 'n' Tonic is nestled along the tranquil shores of Lake Anna in the sought after Freshwater Estates neighborhood on the public side of the lake, this retreat beckons w/the allure of waterfront living at its finest. Take in the gorgeous lake views while relaxing in our hot tub, beside an outdoor fire pit, or on the large furnished deck with outdoor dining options. Kick back in our Home Movie Theater room with 9 super comfy recliners, a bar with stools and a mini fridge, and a large 4K Smart TV.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, because we will refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA) and provide you with some helpful advice.

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Freshwater Estates is a premier waterfront residential neighborhood community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the public side. With roughly 9,000 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. It's generally a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. We limit the home to a Maximum of 12 Adults.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between buying a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or paying a $500 refundable deposit. We suggest you buy the $35 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
