Gold Cove is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love our large peaceful waterfront lot with a quiet cove, warm freshwater, massive private beach, and huge 2-story private dock and boat house. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views all day while unwinding in the Plunge Pool / Oversized Hot Tub, socializing on the spacious furnished deck, savoring delicious BBQ grilled on the patio, and relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit as the sun sets.

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the blue water lake views from the large boat dock and boat house, while relaxing in the Plunge Pool / Hot Tub, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including the waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, private beach, and warm freshwater. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, and have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Some of our outdoor yard games include Cornhole. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 9 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge garage game room and play ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, or family appropriate games. We also have an Xbox, just in case you love video games. Kick back on our huge super comfy sectional and a 85" 4K Smart TV. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, massive beach, huge dock, Plunge Pool / Hot Tub, expansive deck, amazing patio, large porch, grill, and yard games. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, smart TVs, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. While it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.

Please let us know if you plan to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, because we will refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA) and provide you with some helpful advice.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between buying a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or paying a $500 refundable deposit. We suggest you buy the $35 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
