This Lakefront home on the private side of Lake Anna was completed in 2024, to offer a truly unique vacation experience.

Rock Island Mansion is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love our large peaceful waterfront lot with a large dock. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit, on the large furnished screened in deck, or through the large windows.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between buying a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or paying a $500 refundable deposit. We suggest you buy the $35 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
